We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Service Plans and Usage Limits
Serpvision may offer different plans with different features, usage limits, prices, billing cycles, and access levels.
Plan limits may include:
- Number of projects
- Number of websites
- Number of keywords
- Number of tracked competitors
- Rank check frequency
- Number of site audits
- Crawl limits
- Report limits
- Export limits
- API limits
- Team member limits
- Historical data access
- Integration access
- Alert limits
- Storage limits
- Support level
Your access to features depends on your selected plan.
We may enforce usage limits automatically. If you exceed your plan limits, some features may stop working, require an upgrade, consume additional credits, or trigger extra charges where disclosed.
Unused plan capacity, credits, keywords, checks, reports, or limits do not automatically roll over unless expressly stated in your plan.
10. Free Plans, Trials, and Beta Features
Serpvision may offer free plans, free trials, promotional access, beta features, limited previews, or demo access.
Free or trial access may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, free trials automatically end when the trial period expires. If payment details are required for a trial, your selected payment method may be charged when the trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Beta, experimental, early-access, or preview features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, limited, or changed without notice. You use beta features at your own risk.
11. Subscription Billing
Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing cycle shown at checkout.
By purchasing a plan, you authorize Serpvision and its payment processor to charge your payment method for:
- Subscription fees
- Renewals
- Plan upgrades
- Add-ons
- Usage-based fees
- Overages
- Taxes
- Other charges clearly shown at checkout or inside your account
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing your billing cycle, renewal date, plan price, usage limits, and cancellation settings.
12. Taxes
Prices may not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, duties, or similar charges related to your purchase or use of Serpvision.
Where required, Serpvision or its payment processor may calculate, collect, and remit taxes.
If you are required to withhold taxes, you must pay Serpvision the full amount due so that the net amount received equals the amount that would have been received without withholding, unless prohibited by applicable law.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or cannot be processed, we may:
- Notify you
- Retry the payment
- Restrict paid features
- Suspend your subscription
- Downgrade your account
- Disable access to reports or data
- Cancel your subscription
- Terminate your account
- Recover outstanding amounts
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
14. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges, current billing-period fees, used services, consumed credits, or unused time.
After cancellation, you may retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated, restricted due to policy violations, or required by applicable law.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because Serpvision provides digital services, immediate access, SEO data processing, keyword checks, reports, audits, and usage-based resources, payments are generally non-refundable once service access or usage has started.
Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, unresolved technical failures, service non-delivery, or cases required by law.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting Serpvision support may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
16. Price Changes
We may change plan prices, billing models, feature packaging, limits, or subscription options from time to time.
If a price change affects your active subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or by our billing process.
Continued use of Serpvision after a price change becomes effective means you accept the updated price.
If you do not agree with a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
17. SEO Data and Ranking Accuracy
Serpvision works to provide useful and reliable SEO data, but search engine data can vary.
Keyword rankings, SERP results, search visibility, traffic estimates, site audit results, competitor metrics, and related SEO data may vary due to:
- Search engine algorithms

- Data center differences
- Timing of checks
- Search engine updates
- Competitor changes
- Website changes
- Technical limitations
- Third-party data availability
- API availability
- Crawling restrictions
- Anti-bot systems
- Network conditions
Serpvision data should be used as a professional SEO monitoring and decision-support tool, not as an absolute guarantee of real-time search engine behavior.
18. No SEO Guarantee
Serpvision does not guarantee:
- Higher rankings
- Top 3, top 10, or first-page positions

- Lead generation
- Conversion improvement

You are solely responsible for SEO decisions made based on Serpvision reports, alerts, audits, or recommendations.
19. Site Audits and Technical Recommendations
Serpvision may provide site audit results, technical SEO checks, warnings, recommendations, or issue classifications.
These outputs are informational and may not identify every technical issue affecting your website. Some recommendations may require professional review before implementation.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.
Serpvision is not responsible for website changes, ranking changes, traffic loss, technical errors, broken pages, development issues, or business impact caused by actions taken based on audit results or recommendations.

Serpvision may allow you to generate reports, export data, create shareable links, or provide dashboards to clients or team members.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing reports before sharing them
- Ensuring report data is appropriate for recipients
- Controlling access to shared links
- Removing public access when needed
- Avoiding disclosure of confidential or personal information
- Ensuring client reports do not misrepresent Serpvision data
We may limit, expire, disable, or remove shared links or exports for security, abuse prevention, account status, billing, or policy reasons.
21. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Serpvision may integrate with third-party services such as Google Search Console, analytics platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, APIs, and other SEO or marketing services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, limits, availability, and pricing.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect the relevant Google account and website properties.
Your use of Google integrations may also be subject to Google’s terms, API policies, privacy rules, and permission requirements.
You may disconnect Google integrations through Serpvision settings or through your Google account permissions where available.
If Google changes, restricts, suspends, or terminates API access, Serpvision may not be able to continue providing affected integration features.
23. API Access
Serpvision may provide API access on certain plans.
You agree not to abuse, overload, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the API.

- Violation of these Terms
API availability is not guaranteed unless provided under a separate written agreement.
24. Customer Data Ownership
You retain ownership of Customer Data that you submit, upload, connect, or process through Serpvision.

26. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow Serpvision to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop Serpvision.
You confirm that your feedback does not contain confidential information you do not want us to use.
27. Confidentiality
During your use of Serpvision, you may access non-public information about the platform, pricing, features, beta tools, roadmap, technical systems, support processes, or business operations.
You agree not to disclose confidential Serpvision information unless it becomes public through no fault of yours or disclosure is required by law.
Serpvision will take reasonable steps to protect confidential Customer Data according to our Privacy Policy and security practices.
28. Privacy
Your use of Serpvision is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information.

30. Account Termination
You may stop using Serpvision at any time.
